Making the Impossible Possible

Master Meditation – Self Healing
REMOVING NEGATIVITY FROM YOUR PRESENT, PAST AND FUTURE

Also known as: Gan Putte Kriya and The Kriya for Making The Impossible Possible

This meditation can dissolve blockages in your life. It can remove all negative karma from your past, resolve current problems and create a positive future. It works on the conscious and subconscious mind to eliminate blocks that stifle growth and patterns of destructive and self defeating mental activity.

This is a master meditation for the times we live in. It takes just 11 minutes to get an improved state of mind! Do this for a few consecutive days, you will notice an effect in some aspects of your life that you need it. Do not force life to move in the direction you think it should, pay attention, listen and respond so you are moving with the flow of life. Simply stated this means be quiet and listen, put your ego in check for a moment, and see what opportunities present themselves. You may not want to stop doing this meditation and you have all right to do it for as many days as you feel. (11mins to 31mins max) Follow directions exactly as explained below.

Start: Sit in a meditative posture, in easy pose or in a chair with a straight spine with a light neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh) this means the chin slightly tucked back to straighten the vertebrae of the neck so it becomes an extension of your spine.

*Tip: Sit comfortably on cushions or as needed so you can focus on the mediation and not get distracted by the strain of sitting. With practice any discomfort will go away, make sure the spine is straight and mentally check on your self through out your session.

Tune In: Center yourself with three deep inhalations and exhalations and chant the Adi Mantra: “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” (I bow to the divine teacher within which brings light). It connects you to the Golden Chain, a link to the protection, wisdom, and guidance of the teachers in the lineage.

Focus: The eyes are one tenth open, focusing on the third eye point (between eyebrows). Very little light coming in at the bottom of your view, while your eyes gaze into the dark closed part.

Breath: Inhale deeply and start reciting the Mantra below, when completed, inhale and repeat for the time. It will come naturally.
Time: Start with 11 minutes and slowly work up to a max 31 minutes practice time.

Mudra and Mantra:
The backs of the both hands are resting on your knees with the palms facing upward. In coordination with the mantra press the thumbs and the specified fingers together with about 2 to 3 pounds of pressure when you chant each syllable.

Chant from your heart in a natural, relaxed manner, chanting in a steady relaxed monotone.
